C1 Lawn Services was founded in Wauchula, Florida after watching a 14-crew lawn operation lose track of which properties had been serviced this week using nothing but a paper route sheet and a lot of guessing. We build the systems that end the guessing.

How we think about the work

A route sheet clipped to a dashboard is how a crew loses track of a property until the customer calls to ask why the grass hasn't been cut. Every tool we build assumes the person using it is standing at a gate, not sitting at a desk.

Lawn care and landscaping crews, and the property managers who coordinate them, running anywhere from three trucks to fifty — outfits that have outgrown a paper route sheet but don't need enterprise field-service software built for national franchises.
